Wine Tasting with Calvin Young, Esq.

Please join us for wine tasting with Calvin Young, of Ayabe Chong Nishimoto Sia & Nakamura.  Come meet other HWL members, have fun, and learn something!

During this networking event, Mr. Young will discuss three basic grapes -- Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.  His talk will cover characteristics of the grapes, wine history, bottles, glassware, serving temperature, age, vintage, "legs," alcohol level, storage, cork vs. screw top, and food pairings.  Attendees will taste and compare five wines, ideally side by side.

The cost is $10 per person.  Register through the membership website, hawaiiwomenlawyers.wildapricot.org, by Thursday, October 17, 2013.  Alternatively, RSVP by October 17 to Zale Okazaki at zale.okazaki@hawadvocate.com and pay by check made out to Hawaii Women Lawyers.
