How can partnership help women achieve greater remuneration, respect and control over our lives?  What are the best strategies for becoming partner and rising within a partnership?  How can compensation/executive committees help or hinder your success and rewards?  How do the economics of partnership vary for corporations, LLCs and LLPs?  What costs and risks exist in partnership?  What red flags should be avoided or assessed before becoming a partner?  Is partnership even worth it?  What other options exist for success in private firms?  Come learn and discuss tips for survival and success.
