Molly Stebbins (Moderator) - Molly is currently the Senior Manager of Claims Services at ProService Hawaii. Prior to joining ProService, she practiced as a government attorney for 13 years, serving as Hawaii County's Corporation Counsel under former Mayor Billy Kenoi, and as a Deputy Corporation Counsel for Hawaii County and the City and County of Honolulu. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the University of Hawai‘i’s William S. Richardson School of Law.


Moana Lutey - Moana was appointed as Corporation Counsel for the County of Maui by Mayor Victorino in 2019, after serving as litigation supervisor in Corporation Counsel for approximately 20 years.  Moana began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney on Maui immediately following law school.  She has volunteered as a guardian ad litem and currently serves on the board of the Maui Food Bank.


Honorable Darien Ching Nagata - Judge Nagata is a District Family Court judge presiding in the Third Circuit (Hilo). Prior to her appointment, Judge Nagata served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the County of Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting Attorney from 1998 to 2016. Judge Nagata is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law.
