Lisa Jacobs has found her calling as a Collaborative Attorney and Mediator. She opened her own firm, called Better Way Divorce, aka Pono Divorce, where she uses a Collaborative Divorce Interdisciplinary Team Practice in nonadversarial approaches to assist couples to arrive at full and sustainable agreements. She is a Mediator for the Mediation Center of the Pacific and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution – Hawaii Chapter.
