Studies prove, and companies increasingly recognize, the link between gender diversity in the boardroom and better corporate performance.  Learn how to prepare for boardroom leadership from four of Hawai'i's most accomplished women at December's Wahine Forum Network session. 

Louise K.Y. Ing, Founding Director, Alston Hung Floyd & Ing
Louise's litigation practice focuses on helping businesses resolve their disputes and prevent future ones.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Island Holdings and is Chief Outside Counsel to Tetris Online, Inc.  Louise has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation and Super Lawyers, and she is a past recipient of the YWCA Leadership Award.

Gwen Pacarro, CIMA, CWS, Senior Vice President & Wealth Advisor, Morgan Stanley
Gwen was named the top female advisor in the state by Hawaii Business Magazine, and on Barrons' top 100 list of Women Financial Advisors in 2007.  Shortly thereafter, Gwen led the Hawai'i and Guam offices of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.  In 2012, Gwen returned to her passion, working as a financial advisor to families, individuals, retirement plans, endowments and foundations.  She currently serves on the board of the American Red Cross - Hawaii State Chapter and Goodwill Industries.

Virginia M. Pressler, MD, MBA, FACS, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategic Officer, Hawaii Pacific Health
Dr. Pressler is responsible for strategy, philanthropy and government relations for Hawaii Pacific Health and also serves as President and Chair of HPH Partners, a subsidiary that oversees all joint ventures.  Some of her Board experience includes serving as the immediate past Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawai'i, Past President of the Hawaii Pacific Division, a former National Assembly Delegate for the American Center Society, and on the Board and Executive Committee of the UH Cancer Center Consortium.

Susan Eichor, President & Chief Operating Officer, aio
Susan is President & Chief Operating Officer of aio, a family of businesses in media, sports, food and technology.  She currently serves as the board chair for the aio Foundation.  She also serves on the Shidler College of Business Advisory Council, and the boards of Diamond Head Theatre and Lanakila Pacific.  Previous board affiliations include GTA Teleguam, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i, and PBS Hawaii.
